These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Appu Expense, an expense-management application operated by Birm Infotech. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Purpose

Appu Expense provides tools for recording and organizing personal or household expenses, income, budgets, savings goals and related financial information. The app is intended for informational and personal money-management purposes.

2. Not Financial Advice

Appu Expense does not provide banking, investment, tax, legal or professional financial advice. Reports and calculations generated by the app are based on information entered by the user.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for providing accurate account information.
  • You must keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.
  • We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or users.

4. User Content and Data

You retain responsibility for the information you enter into the app. You should not enter unlawful, fraudulent or harmful content. You grant us permission to process your information solely as necessary to provide and maintain the service.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, maintain or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with servers, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited by law, or use the service for illegal activity.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the in-app Delete Account option or our dedicated deletion page.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appu Expense and Birm Infotech are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app, including losses caused by inaccurate user-entered information, service interruption or user decisions based on app reports.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
