Quick Help

I cannot log in

Check your registered mobile number/email and password. If the issue continues, contact support with a screenshot of the error.

I want to delete my account

Use Sidebar → Account → Delete Account in the app, or visit our website deletion page.

My data is not showing correctly

Contact support and explain the issue. Do not send your password.

Before contacting support

• Tell us your device model and Android version if relevant.
• Describe the problem and when it occurred.
• Send a screenshot if possible.
• Never send your password, OTP or other sensitive authentication credentials.
